Brian, Thanks for converting these into DXF format! At some point I'll get the add-on to do so myself but the need hasn't arisen just yet. Sincerely, Tom your welcome, I have two tables and one is not a plasmacam, but I still do all of my drawing with designedge, just so used to the ease of it. So ...
Here's a better pic . The nozzle looks very round to me. not to me it doesn't. looks pretty oval.....get a magnifying glass or better yet a jewlers loop. It helps a lot. when I zoom in on your picture it looks way out of round. or maybe it is just the angle of the picture.... did you try new consum...
If you are importing jasons file it is in dxf format.....you will need to link the file first....in design edge, hilight the art and hit J to link(this is the quick key.) Now you can convert to cut paths. You will always have intersections when you change to cut paths,(anywhere there is a lead in) I...
Dave, are you running designedge? Try this one I exported as the old plasmacam version. I also included a pic and dxf. Brian Brian, No, I have the older version. Both worked fine. Thanks. Can't you export as a dxf in designedge? Almost every CNC program can import dxf files. Dave I have been told t...

It is not an automated process, Please give the administrator 24 hours(a lot of times this can be substantially less) if your name is not purple by tomorrow, send the administrator a pm. Brian
I too find that $55 is giving it away too cheap. If the table was cutting for 8 hours in a day that's only $440, but put together with artwork, cleaning, finishing, etc, I can't see a one man band having the table cutting constantly. Jim Colt has some good posts on pricing, but just go through this...
Thanks everyone! Man, what a long day! Awesome cars, and lots of people at the show. It rained on & off but the event was in a 4 story parking garage, so we were dry, and had a huge space to set up in. I traded the event planner a windspinner for the $40entry fee! Long story short, we sold A TO...
Check for slippage on your belts and gears......You can find a whole section on this in the video manual....I had this happen to me and that is what the problem was. I replaced my gears and belt and all was fine in the world. Brian
A while ago someone posted some radius templates or guides that they cut out and I can't find them anywhere Any help appreciated thanks fellow spiders Brian
here is the dxf, also removed plasmacam cutpaths(tool paths will make the file larger and don't work for other machine users. esentually making more work for them....even though it is a nice free file)
