I ran Pex in my walls to run my air. For my tools and p-cam. It's tidy and cheep. I already had the crimper from doing my slab.

Boats

Has anybody built an aluminum fiver boat. I had an 18 60 seaark in mind but any advice or direction would be appreciated.
I have a bunch of shallow water tiller time an run a bunch of different boats. I know what I want I just was looking for some pointers on layout and construction.

has anybody used pcam with windows 8? having trouble finding the epp setting in the bios. i restart in the setting mode but dont see epp anywhere.

Awesome thanks for the Info on the computer. There is a computer shop in Fairbanks. Ill stop by there next time I go up. I checked resistance on the z motor and it was right around 350. well my exp with electric motors is mainly with 480 3 phase for conveyors and of pickiup starters. i google imaged servo motor and stepper motor, the z motor i believe is a stepper. the windings look the same as what i found in my search. i will search 'testing a stepper motor" . anybody have a...

what about going the other rout and fixing the dings. when i do truck bumpers i end up with deep grinder gouges, rust pits, and the like there and there. i went to napa and got some "icing". its basicaly thin bondo. i know i know bondo is a dirty word. for filling small stuff it works geat...

on the pcam my x and y motors are larger cylendar shape where as the z motor is a square guy. i didnt know if the xy motors have a higher input voltage than the z. i guess it makes since that they all run the same voltage range.

the way i have done it in the past is kind of a pain but you gotta work with what ya got. for the holes in the center i would figure out where your pierce point is going to be. in plasmcam you just start you " cutting" with the autocontrol off. hit pause when needed and put a soapstone mar...

birch bark backer?
