Thanks everybody. 11 months experience and I love it the more I learn it. I am helping with a 35ft x 8ft outdoor wall mount right now that should be pretty cool when done. Thanks again!

If its 3 layers I will use counter sink screws. I also use epoxy and magnets.

Looks like you use aluminum sheet.

Are you running a downdraft table?

What series aluminum are you using?

I use 12 gauge cold roll steel. No water or down draft

Are you using height control on the finer details?

Very sweet stuff!!! 3 layers from 12 ga.....has to be heavy? I have to ask...what did you get $$$ for Cardinals sign (even though we do not sell Licensed stuff ;)...

Thanks! yes, they are heavy but most of the time the second or third layer are minimal compared to the base. If I could sell the cardinal it would be in the 120ish range.
