I did this for a ranch entrance in CA called "Dream Catcher Ranch" That part is not featured here but this hangs below it. Just thought I would share with you...BTW, For those of you who ask for a file and I send them to you, can you at least write back with a thank you, kiss my ass, or something?????? Talk about rude. What's up with people these days.......Best regards, John

Re: Dream big !!!!!!
John, great looking dream catcher, is it an optical illusion or did you dish the internal structure to make it dished, I used a similar technique on the 22" sea turtle, after seeing it done by someone on this group
anyway very nice job, what paints or dyes did you use looks fantastic

Re: Dream big !!!!!!
It's not dished just flat.....I used the translucent Dupli colors. It's an automotive paint for shiny surfaces...If you use it don't go to thick or you won't be able to see the metal underneath. You will need a clear coat over the top...Thanks for the compliment...john

Re: Dream big !!!!!!
Really does look good, feathers are spot on.
I have been admiring all these opaque finishes for a while now, but don't see anyone selling the likes over here.
Yesterday I tried a small amount of colour mixed with the 2 pack clearcoat, have you ever tried that?
It looked fairly good to me for a one coat wonder.
