One big sign

This is my biggest sign I made yet it is 42in tall and 188in long made out of 1/8 steel
I am going to make it look old by makeing it rust
I will post finnish picture when it all done

Now that's a big sign, looks good. Looks like you made it in 3 pieces, and then welded it together. I have a similar project this winter that needs to be 144" long. 5' is as long as I can go on my table, so I was planning to do it the same way. Did you encounter any problems on your sign doing it that way?

It was made out of 4 sheets of 4by4 and there is a 1in frame around it it work well I did not weld the seem what I would have done if I paint use bondo to cover the seem
