What's the method to do an outline of your part.
Cap that they match? I've tried over and over to do a perimeter border around my parts but can't seem to get it right. I like how you did that large Texas back piece and made it a different color. Is there an easier way than hand tracing the part??

If you use CorelDraw it pretty quick and easy using the contour tool, same as this thread but use the outside contour.

I use Corel draw x3 and x7 There is a handly little contour tool and it is adjustable...If you don't have that just email me the file and I'll do it for you and send it back. It's a 30 sec deal to do it. The studs are welded to the stainless with a stud welder and then they get bolted onto the backplate using nuts as spacers.....You cut the design flipped upside down and you make tiny pin holes on the side that get the studs and fire really high so it doesn't pierce all the way through and bingo you have a mark for the stud welder and it all lines up with the backplate holes.........Fairly simple but takes some practice......Best wishes, John
