Fundraiser Football Hemets

Post by abcofab »

Using the simple football helmet file I found on this site, I added my town's school football logo and cut them about 12 inches in diameter from 1/8 white pvc then masked & painted them the team color. I donate them for cost and they sell for $15.00 - $20.00 which yields them about $8 - 12 ea . They are used as wall hangers and even one was used as an xmas tree topper. They sell out immediately at game entrances.
The photo I am showing is for one cut at 24 inches dia from 1/2" pvc sheet with spikes on the back for setting outside and a changeable greeting at the top. I gave this one to my daughter who has three sons in football , she put a flood light positioned in front to light it up at night. All the other football parents now want one.

Thanks to all who are able to post these great files on this site.

I'm sure this is a dumb question but what are you cutting the pvc with? I'm guessing maybe a router....
