18 gage stainless steel. The pieces are about 3" diameter.

That's great! I'm assuming a Hyperthem with fine cut consumables?
How do you get that good looking finish?

Thanks. I'm using a 15 year old Plasma Cam machine W/O THC and a Hobart 375 plasma that has been hit by lightning twice and is also 15 years old. Kerf width is .035". I use 40 grit sandpaper on a 5" orbital sander for the finish on the stainless steel pieces.
