Probably more time on the buffer than the remaining of the project. Looks nice.

The pieces are all cut out of Aluminum. I will use the common screw holes to mount to a plaster wall and the letters will be attached with 3M VHB double sided tape and will cover the screw holes.
I will post more pictures when it's installed.

The layered look is great thanks for posting and the explanation of assembly.
Is it the lighting or are the letters a gold tone?

Thanks Albert, this one cost just under $200 because I pre polished each piece and engraved the back of each with the finish I wanted and also told them the engraved side did not need polishing. I also give them a picture of the piece together and in separate pieces so they get the idea of what I am talking about and have a parts count to make sure I get them all back. Craig Johnson
