That looks awesome what do you use to seal the wood? Is there any chance i could get the dxf for the legs without the art work of course.

Seal it with an 2 part polyurethane

On anything over 11g i put an stress relief cut on the tabs for easier hand bending. also i bend the top and bottom tabs opposite directions for easy stacking Here an standard layout which keeps it stable and both blanks. Couple three examples of cuts i have done, also do military logo and all wildlife

Do it two ways..
1) simple brand iron, well just an rod welded on w/reverse pattern
2) lay an pattern an torch around it for different effect.
actually use an weed burner....quicker

Awesome work looks great wondering how much for something like that.

starting range from 350 up, depends on detail requested and what sorta top..
log, steel, and do an octagon cut out of bonded 2"x 12" drops.
example did an custom round steel Chinese checkers top w/scroll designed legs $1500
as anything custom work really has no set price.
Simply find out what they are looking for and in what price range.
