You can get the clock parts through the internet, Marshalls, hobby store, or just by a cheapo clock and use its guts.

Just be careful with Klokit, they sell china bullshit movements. I have had a ton of customers complain they quit working. I am trying to find some decent priced USA made that I can buy in bulk, but no luck so far.

I have purchased a lot from these guys over the years http://norkro.com/ but like you of late have had to replace a couple, up until about a year ago I'd never had a problem with their high torques running 17 1/2 " hands.
