Table Build ~ Cart and Magnetic Torch 2.0

Post by Capstone »

So a couple of improvements to my table setup.

1. Moved all of my electronics onto the rolling cart I built earlier. This is in prep for my move to a real shop where I won't have a wall close enough to the table to keep the CandCNC AIO setup or the PC/Monitor. As a bonus, I am using a ELO Touch Screen. It's not 100% reliable at the moment, but in testing I was able to get it to work quite well with MACH3.

2. I finally got the magnetic breakaway torch mount finished, minus the micro-switch e-stop, which I'll be finishing up this week hopefully with help from the posts that others have already put up that have done it before on this forum

I wasn't considering a magnetic breakaway torch until this happened. Doh!

I've added some custom panels to hang small useful tools to have nearby and to add a bit of branding flair. ;)

It's one sheet of 16Ga with little tabs cut out to hang stuff
