Whatbrand plasma cutter are you using? What control software?
Bulltear 6x12 w/ Proton Z axis & watertable
CommandCNC/Linux w/ Ohmic & HyT options
Hypertherm Powermax 85 w/ machine torch
Solidworks, Coreldraw X7, Inkscape, Sheetcam

There are plasma cutters that have a switch: CNC or Manual. Depending on this selection, it may take a second M03 to turn it off.

What turns on or off and where is determined by the mapping in MACH3 (Ports & PIns) Mapping for M commnads on outputs is in Ports & Pins / Spindle swettings int he M codes section. they define with M codes does what to which ouput. Outputs in MACH are numbered 1 - N (most BioB only support 1 to 3 ) and . That will be up to your interface electronics . You should be abkle to manully test your on/off ouput by manully jumpering the two wires that fire your torch. Shorting the piar should fire the torch. Removing the short should turn it off

How do you have the plasma interfaced to your controller? On the off brand models most guys interface with the hand torch switch.
Is that what you did? Also how are you getting Arc OK feedback?
Google your plasma machine and didn't really see anyone machine cutting with it.

TB6560 is a Toshiba chip used on boards. What brand/ model of controller do you have? Min and Mon don't sound like a relay. (which is what you need)

Hi Dave
Only a suggestions,
If you got this through e-bay, why not send the question to the supplier.
They would be the best people to ask.

Not sure again, but what post processor are you using when you generate the code in SheetCam, is it a plasma option :?:
maybe again the supplier might be able to help selecting the right one for the kit you have
Best Regards to all

Look at pin 3 of the DB15. Put an ohmeter on it and ground and see if that works. The Mon Min are for the 0-10volt VFD control.

M05 has never been used un a MACH based POST to turn on or off a scriber. IT ALWAYS is used to turn OFF an M03/M04 ON command. Scriber onis either m07 or m08 (aka Flood and Mist) and M09 turns BOTH of them off
