Anyone in the NE Dallas Area with a PlasmaCam?

We are just getting started with our home based business and our PlasmaCam is dead, it won't initialize. We did some testing and found that the main wiring harness was faulty. It's been replaced and some of our issues resolved. However we still can't initialize and still get the short circuit error - even with the wiring harness detached from the controller. We are wondering if there is anyone in the NE Dallas, TX area who would let us connect our controller to their PlasmaCam to see if it is our controller that is defective. PlasmaCam will not help us diagnose our problem because we are running 3.11 software and not design edge. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :-)
