sheetcam problem ?

I got some file from free dxf great product but when i load into sheetcam and do the setup (type of metal ga Etc and layers when I get done it put lines in the file that were not there before not sure what the problem is I'm new to all of this .If you could help a newie out that would be great

Are you attaching lead-in and lead out line. The blue line in SheetCam are rapids and are showing the torch moving between parts. If the new lines are attached where you have a yellow S and a number these are lead in.
If not will you attach a screen shot sowing the lines you are talking about

Sometime I can just kick myself I had the leadin and leadout set to none when I change them the lines went away I feel like a dumb %#% I over think things to much Thanks for your time this site is the best
