That's some good stuff, Woodman.

You're going to lose the 18 on the flag, most likely. Too small to cut.

And, you might want to make sure the wolf's eye isn't too close to the edge, with a test cut on a scrap part of the sheet.

And the name will need some bridging to hold onto the dropouts. I'd be tempted to reverse the image on the name. There is a lot of material on the bottom and lower right. Making the characters 'positive' would lighten that up. But that's just a personal preference of mine.

I really like that!

If you could send it in an ACAD DXF file 2004 or older i'll take a look at it as well.

Nice file & I agree with above comments. I also opened the file in PlasmaCam. One problem I found was it detected 789 intersections. Select your image then at the top in Pcam select "Machine" then "Detect Intersections" & see what you get. It needs to be zero before cutting. If it detects intersections then select the image then select "Edit" then "Link Segments". Now select "Detect Intersections" again and it should read zero. This has to be done before converting the image to cut paths otherwise it will show your lead ins as intersections. Keep us posted on how it goes.

The PCM file looked fairly good from the start. The lettering needed a little work as well as the 18 on the flag. I did some quick redesign work and am attaching the revised PCM file. This should cut a little better for you. JH

Can you post it as a DXF? I cannot open PCM files.
