Frankenstein

Post by tomloewen »

I noticed someone was looking for a Frankenstein so I made this up, I also have another one I'm working on

For those who are familiar with my files, I downloaded CoralDraw but haven't had time to get comfortable with it. So this file was created in Draftsight and exploded. Then opened in Inkscape, select all\path\simplify, then saved in AutoCAD 14.

So I need to ask one of you helpful fellas to take a look at it, I appreciate your help.

I originally had Frankenstein at 12" in Draftsight but after resaving it in Inkscape, it about 200' . . . don't know why it does that. :?

I suggest others don't download this file till it is cut ready. If one of the more seasoned members post a cut ready file, Ill delete this dxf post
Thanks,
Tom

Hello Tom,
Just for your info, the monster you displayed did not have a name. He was created by "Dr. Frankenstein".
Thank you, Bob

Well, here is my revision of the file for what it's worth. Found a few lines that crossed each other and a couple that did not connect. I scaled it to 24" approx., you can change to what ever size you want. There are two kinda ovals that will be to small to cut, located on the left side of the mouth about level with the bottom of the ear. Someone could try it and see how it cuts. :D :D

I noticed there were still some problems even with Larry's cleaned up file, so here is my version with nodes reduced and intersections removed.
