I finish drill the outside 2 holes to 1/4 and the other holes are 5/32

Been trying to get my settings right on this for 2 days. Last cut at 160 speed at 40amps with powermax 85 running a fine cut 45amp tip with shield. Wondering what setting you guys are using. thank you and awesome file.

are you trying to cut it out of 11 gauge? if so speed is about right. For 16 gauge i cut around 300imp at 45amps. I don't have my specs in front of me but i normal use that to get started and dial in from there.

yes 16g but it seems the faster I go, I get burn back? but I also think I have wrong shield too

what table r u running ,i cut some 16 ga last night an i had to slow it down to 120 or 130 @40 amps it seams like cold rolled an carbon steel cut different
