3 layer Air Force Wall hanging

Post by btburn »

The small holes are for welding the layers together. I have a file for the back hangers but not on this computer.

here is the mounting tab I put on the back. I use 2.
just hold the center portion in a wrench and bend the small tabs down a little and weld them on.

Are you painting it powder coating these? Just curious if your welding and then finishing it with the colors?

I welded it up, then painted it all silver, then taped off the silver and sprayed the blue. I put gloss clear coat over the top.
All good until a dog hair landed on the top right corner. still came out nice.
