Here's another little time killer.
We cut this out of 12 ga SS and with a laser so the part edges are very accurate. If cut with a plasma the offsets may need to be adjusted for a good fit. Ultimately all of these pieces will fit inside the frame once they are assembled the correct way.
We rate this one as a bout a level 6 for difficulty so get those thinking caps on and have fun

Hay this is great thanks I would like to know what kind of lazer and size do you have to cut 12gauge and where to get one?

We have two Mitsubishi Lasers, one is a 3500 watt and the other is a 4500 watt. They were purchased from MC Machinery which has headquarters in both California and Chicago.
