thanks everyone...I did finally cut it and got to take a look at the file. Theres a small section at top right corner of cross that needs connected. When I cut it I just tack welded it back and alls good, but it does need fixed. I fixed it in this attached file...

Beautiful cross! I made a two layered one and donated it to an auction for a benefit for a local young girl who has a rare form of cancer and it fetched $200 for the family! Thanks!

I use a steel to steel epoxy, similar to jb weld. If anyone has a better way, i'd love to know! This stuff is kinda messy!

Dont have a pic yet, but what I did was weld the two pcs together around the perimeter, grind welds back down to the contour, shot a patina on the whole thing, then sanded the front top piece shiny again, then clear powder coat.
Looks awesome and first one was sold within 1/2 hr of being back to the shop.

Glad this cross was a use to everyone....its been more popular than I figure it would!...Ill see about posting something else soon!
