torch will not fire

Yup, my torch will not turn on. Have a brand new 6x12 custom table with the
bladerunner electronics, DHTC, and a Hypertherm 1650. It was cutting fine this
morning, dialing in a few programs to cut 0.5 inch Steel Plate at 65 amps. Had
to stop and redo some stuff, watch my kids, eat diner, etc. Came back out and
the following happened

- referenced my Z-Axis, Found the edge of my plate, zeroed X and Y, loaded
the G-Code file, and hit GO.
- Table moved fine, touched off, and did not fire.
- I pressed stop, checked my plasma cutter and looked at the thc sensor pwm
module.
- Cutter was on and fine, the 12v LED was very faint.
- back to the computer and manually turned on the torch in MACH3, no
results.
- turned off the Plasma cutter and then hit torch on in MACH3, no Red TORCH
ON LED.
- Unplugged all of the cables in to the thc sensor pwm module. took the back
off, ran the test sequence. ARC OK went on and all other lights flashed
properly.

It seems as just the ability to turn on the Torch has been lost. There is also
the very faint green 12v LED light. I looked at in the connector body of the
CAT5 Cable on the thc sensor pwm module. there seems to be a missing contact.
second from the end. that seems strange as well.

Any help would be wonderful!
