Right on, thanks for the helpful advice! I wish I knew that 6 years ago, I'd have saved a small fortune. I've subscribed to this forum in hopes of more video posts, keep em coming.

On refurbishing the tip, could you also just drill the hole with the next size bit to square up the hole. Should the hole be square or chamfered on the backside or front side. Is the hole size related to cutting amps, or just width of the nerf.
