CROWN HELP

I was needing help with turning this picture into a cad drawing to cut as a donation to a pageant. Would anyone be willing to help? I got a outline but the inside portion is what I am having trouble with and I am a newbie still on drawing items out. They don't want the wand with it... Just the crown. I got it in a black and white picture so I could get a better trace but the middle is not wanting to trace but a glob.

tdaleckick, what program do you use for your drawing and editing? I'm sure there are a number of people here, myself included, that will help you get the cad portion down. All it takes is practice and a little determination. If I can help in any way feel free to ask.

I have Hycad with my plasma table where I have vectorized pics before and then I just got Corel Draw... But haven't had a chance to sit down and watch some good videos to watch and start practicing... Thanks so much for your help!!! I was thinking I was going to be a disappointment to this pageant group. Your Awesome!!!!
