You are going from an embroidery design which has a substrate to hold it all together (the cloth) to a media where there is nothing to hold it together. Its going to take some adaptive artwork so it cuts in plasma

I'm just wanting to get it to a dfx format that looks good. I can workout any problems with fall-outs.
Thanks,
Jim

When a member posts the DXF of something he or she has made they expect other members to use the file to make and sell those pieces. What is objected to is SELLING the file, that's where people get pissed off. :D Any file that is posted on the board can be used if the person that made the file is the one that posts the file. You should not feel that if you bought a file that you are free to post it, nor sell it because it is not yours to sell or give away.
Also if you convert a picture of someone else's project that they didn't give the file away then you are stealing that project. You probilly could make the copy for yourself but selling it would be wrong.
Hope this clears up the subject.

It does, Larry. Thank you. I guess I was asking because his original post seemed like something that might be in the DXF conversion file help section and not the sharing portion. Thank you either way :)
