Looking for: Jeep Wrangler Tailgate Table

Has anyone built or drawn a tail gate table with or without the molly panel? My son just bought a Jeep Wrangler and he wants a long list of things like front and rear bumpers, bed vault, sliders and a tailgate table. Gonna start with the table I think.

Should be an easy build looking at that table. I don't have a DXF of it but looking at the panel door, it's not hard to get close to the right measurements.

I'm building one that mounts to the original spare tire bolts on the outside. Customer has an aftermarket bumper and swing out tire mount. So when the tire get swung open, the table will be right there on the back of the tailgate. In aluminum. Pics when dome and maybe even a file. I built them an aluminum 10" Subwoofer box with amp mount on the inside of the tailgate.

Curious if the door rattles when you turn it up? Been looking for a way to mount it where I can still lay seats down, not obstruct storage flexibility. Been thinking of making a metal sub box that mounts in factory sub location, but concerned how a metal sub box performs. Door seems like a great idea, but I hate rattles and this seems like it would be problematic.

Hey sorry just got account reconnected after inlet it lapse. The metal is fine. It has two layers of sound deadening mat inside it. It's solid.

I can't believe I missed this. That's great.
My son wanted a folded molly panel for the bottom shelf and a another shelf/table top. I drew it all up as good as I could with my torchmate cad program but when I went back and looked at it weeks later I saw that I had a few mistakes and asked them to do it for me.

I would love a copy of this if you are willing to share it. When the kids are done with the other drawing I'll post it. I'm buying them lunch tomorrow to see their rough draft.

now he's asking if I can make him one of these spare tire fire pits. At just over $100 and made in stainless steel if they sold blanks to customize I think every jeep owner would get one I had never seen anything like it before. The site says the pit dia. is adjustable to fit diferent size tires and make different dia fire rings but I can't find anything that shows how that happens. Easy to draw. Just make a rectangle 10" tall and the length the circumference of your tire plus a little for overlap. Add the slots and whatever art you want.
