Creating wind spinners.

Ive asked in the inkscape room so I figured id ask hear also. I was wondering if any of you guys could lead me in the direction of how to create wind spinners in inkscape. As in tutorials or videos I could watch. Trying to learn or see how the cut is repeated as it goes to the center of the material with equal spacing. Thanks for any info you could give me.

Seems to me what you are looking for is how to create "circular patterns".

I don't use Inkscape, I'm a Coreldraw user (from before they went to the very expensive subscription model).
