Likely not. I wasn't able to find the air consumption rating for that plasma unit, but the compressor you picture appears to be suitable for filling tires. I doubt it can provide enough air volume for the plasma cutter. And I doubt the duty cycle is sufficient. Plasma cutting consumes a lot of air.

That certainty will not work well if hardly at all. You will want a compressor with a reserve air tank like a standard compressor. As djreiswig mentioned that is more for filling tires.

I agree with the others on this one. Get yourself a standard air compressor with enough capacity to meet the demand of the plasma cutter you choose to purchase. Let us know how you make out on your new venture.
