Thanks gents. They're pretty fun.
I used to really like watching the smoke get sucked out of the rails when we were slotting the tubes - but I found they hold tighter tolerances when the tube is flooded (water is higher in the table) So no more smoke.

These usually get put in after someone has an incident, or gets a ticket. Falls are one of the biggest killers / disabling injuries out there working, hard to be diligent all the time when you work at hieght every day. The overhead enclosed track rails are much better than the overhead cable systems.
That ladder project was pretty big, these go up pretty quickly when you can get at them with a lift (it was a two day install, one for the concrete and then one for the steel). With 30 of us running around need alot of big projects all the time or the work runs thin.
