Hi all, just a short video link showing my machine cutting some 24 gauge copper sheet.
I use to do this manually with a Powermax 30 and running around a wooden template and before that I cut approx 3000 by hand with tin snips. Whew

Powermax 45 running at 30 amps 120 ipm 24 gauge copper sheet 113 volts .07height.
Practically no dross , just a 10 second bench grinder wire wheel clean up.
I have sold about 4-5000 of these over the years, but they have antenna and hooks on them
