65 sync

Post by Skidmore »

I have a Hypertherm 65sync and a Samson 5x10. It was doing just fine now when I got to cut the table travels throw the cut file but the torch never activates. Has anyone else run into this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and yes I’m new to this Cnc plasma game.

Make sure you have the Auto Cut turned on. This is usually on so it's easy to forget that it even exists if it gets bumped off on the controller or the keyboard (Alt-A). Look in the Machine menu and make sure it has a check mark or on the controller for the LED by Auto Cut.

Also have a look for an error being displayed on the front of your plasma cutter.

No errors on plasma or table, ground is good, air PSI is good.
