hot rod images

Post by austinracer »

First off I would like to thank the admin for putting up a great sight and eveyone else that posts. Being relatively new to cnc plasma this sight has been a wealth of knowledge. I am looking for any dxf files of hot rods, street rods, muscle cars, race cars, etc or if anybody offers a cd or package with this stuff on it. I know there were some on here before but most of them are unavailable since the server issues and the admin can only do so much. once again thaynk you for time and any posts.

Hi. I purchased some artwork from Redpup productions in Texas (I think) and they have a variety of packages available in their automotive series. I would post an image, but I don't want to compromise their artwork. Rob

Hello, I'm not sure if this car is considered a hotrod but It is a classic. This is my attemt at drawing an Edsel with Corel.
I have not cut the file,so I can't say how good it will turn out. If you cut it, I would appreciate any feedback, as I am new at making such files. Thanks, and good luck. Pat

Somebody help me....The only time a dxf opens for me that looks like this is from a corel file. All others are ok.
What can I do to fix that problem?

I have found that newer versions of Corel don't save DXF's very well at all. I can save a DXF from Corel 9 and have no problems, try the same thing with Corel X3 (version 13) and my machine won't even read it. I don't know what the deal is.

DXFgraghics.com has lots of muscle cars and classics. He sells individual images, you can pick n choose. Kind of handy sometimes.
