First Hole Saw
I needed a special hole saw for a project, so I decided to try and make one. It seems to have come out very well. I will know for sure tomorrow. The tooth pattern I drew up with Autocad and cut it. I tested the flat with teeth and it cut wood decently right off the table.

Re: First Hole Saw
Very nice. I did something similiar the other day too...needed a wrench and of course I didn't have that size, so I drew up an open end wrench of the size I needed and cut it. Worked great.

Re: First Hole Saw
It's a 6 3/8 in. 4 in deep. Cutting a hole in a plywood form on an angle for 48 forms
I did have 1 issue. Had to use a pin punch to bend about every third tooth in or out alternately. The saw got stuck the first try without bending teeth. Now works great. Hope it holds up for the rest of them.
