Cut the squares out freehand, but thought I'd share a process photo for anyone curious on making a few. Gf's son (he's 11) and I made this today for his mom. I've sold a dozen of these at a time around Valentine's Day, but make for a nice present anytime. Her son picked the color combo and did all of the grinding.

Thanks 16g is usually what I make them out of, but next time I will probably start using 18g. My hands will appreciate it more loljames.davis wrote:Thanks Travis.I've made roses up before but never flowers like that. They look nice.Is that 20g mild steel?

I tacked a nut on to my table and have a 2" ball hitch that I screw into it and form my roses around it with a hammer.
