Super Chrome

Post by SpartanKen »

I have tried to use this stuff multiple time, each time it bubbles or hazes in areas. I have tried cleaning steel with acetone, rubbing alcohol, water and so on. This is after grinding the steel and then sand blasting.

I have tried different rack positions in the oven. Baking for 15 minutes to 25. at 400 to 350 degrees.

Any suggestions?

I would suggest you try one of the powder coating sites. I was on one for awhile when I wanted to try for myself.
It was cheaper for me to send it out than set up.

Try this one.www.thepowdercoatingforum.com
