There is no spec for this, but does anyone have any experience running a PM105 at less than 45 amps? My old PM1250 had 45 amp nozzles speced for 25 amps. The PM105 does not but can be turned down to 30 amps.
I'm cutting 16g at 45 amps and 270 ipm. This is just too fast for the machine.

Use the Finecut parts and the "Low Speed" Finecut chart in your operators manual. Here is a copy of it.
