Just Googled it and the first price I came across was $22,000, so a bit out of my league :lol:

So Signtorch, from what I am gathering from your post, it cannot be done at the size I want to do it. Is this correct?

yes that is correct,

it should engrave nicely though,

here is a dxf converted back into dxf with arcs, see if that won't engrave faster, if so then you can try dxf tools plugin for corel draw to get similar dxf with arcs, my guess is the dxf with splines from corel was causing the slow down....
