Hi All,
Say has anyone cut 26 ga. sheet? I have a Thermal Dynamics A120 and Torchmate 2 and was hoping someone might have the settings that would work. I also have AVHC.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance.

Re: 26 gauge sheet
180ipm seems aweful slow to me on 26 ga not sure about td cut settings but i know hypertherm is up around 400ipm down to 25 amps. your going to want 0s pierce delay as well. i just cut 22ga on a powermax 85 and had some tuning trouble using mach/sheetcam until i found a box in settings to use mach delay. that cleared it up for me. my speed was 325@40 amps

Hi Gary,
Just wondering where the box you mentioned is and if it would lower the pierce delay
Thanks, Danny
