Mach3 THC setting min

Hallo,

I actually use a German Mach screen.

I want to try the original screen and the vodoo screen.

I have a Problem with the THC min Setting, i can not a Minus in the line.

Can Help me?

I think you can only enter numbers in there any other keystrokes are not shown.
Mach screen are like personal things if the normal one works its good but if you want different things you may need to create one with what you want on it. With the CandCNC electronics I bought they included a different screen that has other things and a change of the layout that are neat. Like the ref home is only X and Y with Z left off so you don?t home down with the torch. Mach?s web site has other screens but thing that may be important to you may be on the first page. I?m not smart enough to design my own screen.

I think I had the very same question quite some time ago.

If I remember correctly I was told I can confirm the negative number is actually "there", even though the negative symbol is not displayed.

In your main Mach folder you have an .XML file which stores all your configuration data. This is what my Mach manual says about this:

"How the Profile information is stored
When the Mach3.exe program is run it will prompt you for the Profile file to use. This will
generally be in the Mach3 folder and will have the extension .XML. You can view and print
the contents of Profile files with Internet Explorer (as XML is a mark-up language used on
web pages)"

If you scroll through that file I think you'll see your setting which will hopefully have the negative number there.

That's going by memory off the top of my head. I haven't got a PC with Mach close by at the moment.
