Ethernet Motion Controller and CNC Plasmas

Hi,
I have been in contact with the maker of the Neuron THC and he has been very helpful and has told me exactly how to
interface my Hypertherm Powermax 30 XP to his Simplicity Standalone THC.
He strongly recommends that I use the Warp 9 ESS and stick with Mach3 as he has his THC's set for use with Mach3 preferably.
So I reckon he knows a hell of lot more than I ever will, and because I intend on using his THC I will take his advice
and go ahead and roll the dice, and see how the ESS and Mach3 play together with my setup.
I fully expect some teething problems but Andrew from Neuron is very helpful and he says that he closely follows all of his customers new installs and makes sure that they get their machine fully working and making cuts, which sounds pretty good customer service.
So I will finish off my build and then tackle the hardware setup and wiring and see how it all goes.
I will keep this thread updated as they happen, and thanks to all for their inputs.
