red wire on valve to no1 on relay and black wire to 12v common on 12v power supply. 12v power supply positive lead to com1.

the control for the relay depends on what system you are using. on a g540 you would run positive to relay control and common to output 2 on g540. make sure the common on the power supply you use for the relay control is connected to g540 power supply common. with what you have it looks like you are going to need 2 power supplies, 12v and 5v.

if you take a clearer pic of the relay control side it would help also what version of candcnc you have.

I hope this helps a little anyway.

If your bladerunner has the 2 AC outlets, get a valve with a coil voltage the same as the outlet voltage and connect it to the AC outlet. Then you can run it with output 2 or 3.

The ESPII has two AUX relays that are internally connected tot he AUX input AC socket. Typically that is connected ot 120VAC and the two AC soxkets on the end are used to turn on external AC loads. If you Plate marker solenoid is 120VAC coisl its really simple. Just connect the single value to the output A or B and turn it on with the M code that triggers that outlet. Usually M7 or M8 and turns off with M9. SheetCAM POSTS for the MACH or CommandCNC verson all have a plate marker tool and automatically turn on M7 and does the tool offset from the torch position.

If your selenoid is not 120VAC but something like 24VDC you can either:
SUpply the AUX input line with the voltage (instead of the 120VAC) OR use an external 120VAC coil realy and ass the external DC power supply to power the solenoid coil from the external relay contacts.

The card you have is not going to help. The plate marker solenoid s has to be powered by its required coil voltage. So what is the required voltage of the solenoid?
