Water Table options and info

Post by bensnoodles »

My company has purchased a used table that has a water table on it. The guy we bought it from had it set up with 3 small pumps and a large bag filter that circulated and filtered the water.
Before repeating this set up I’m trying to find any info I can on circulating and cleaning the water.
Is it even necessary ? What do you do with the dirty water ?
I can’t seem to find a really good write up sort of going over the options for dealing with the water.
I know nothing about it as of now as we had an open table and a lot of smoke before.
Any help would be appreciated.

I can only guess that the filter helps to reduce the amount of "sludge" that accumulates in the bottom of your water table from the plasma dust that is being blown into the water. Not necessary but may not be a bad feature if it works. AS for disposing of the water I am sure that dealing with that varies depending on what additives are in it and the rules and regulations in your area.
