NGEN Star Lab evolution

Post by BTA Plasma »

NGEN Star Lab option features a seamless, bolt-less and the highest quality, most efficient, highest rigidity and lowest preloaded rail in the world. The most precision in a plasma table...period. The NGEN's rail combination is available NOW on all Star Lab cnc plasma machine. We are also doing a couple of industry first for our NGEN plasma platform so keep an eye out as some big changes are coming fast.

Did I see in a Facebook message that Pronest will come standard with every NGEN? If that's accurate, this sounds like a REAL step up in the offerings!

I'd like to add this to my machine I have on order with you. How much extra does it cost and how much better would it be from the original?

Currently we do not. Our 4x4 is the smallest we currently make and has a foot print of 65"x70".

I just bought a StarLab and I couldn't be happier. I have always built all my tables but with my work schedule it wouldn't work out. This is one top notch machine and the build quality is second to none! Only thing I need to figure out now is to marry Linux to windows for my network.

It's easy. Google Linux windows file sharing. I followed a step by step and got it working.

We have evolved

1. 3 different size motors on 1 machine (Monster long axis motors, super speed Z axis motor)
2. 110v controller (Most efficient and green power)
3. The highest acceleration rates in its class (Big power on each axis)
4. Performance plus (New packages with Pronest included)
5. Best rail system and integration in the world (True linear rails with smooth tops...no bolt holes or caps)

The NGEN Star Lab is the most powerful machine in its class. We will have the NGEN package for sale very soon on our website and in our distributors stores. Pictures of these next generation advancements in the next few hours
