Updated my computer and sheetcam won't work

Long story short I updated sheetcam on my LDR system and now it won't post process anything. I would just like to get a hold of Dan to see if I could just get my old version of sheetcam back that cam with my table and go back to work tomorrow. Life lessons were learned tonight, don't mess with anything mid job! :oops:

If you're running Win7 you can click on the start button, click on computer, click on C: click on Program Files X386, click on Sheetcam, right mouse click on Sheetcam.tng, click on properties, click on previous version, click open. It should have that to select and you can go back to your previous version.
Whew that was a lot of clicking :lol:

Unfortunately I have a Linux based system and it does not seem to have the recover mode. I did find on sheetcam fourm a guy with the similar problem and followed Let's steps with no luck. So here I sit with the last 150 parts of a week long job.

You best source of tech support would be to email us direct.
Describe the issue, and indicate name machine was purchased under

Dan has the absolute best customer service around. He took time out of his day to send me new software and walk me through install and testing to make sure I was back up and running. I can't thank him enough for the help for getting me back on schedule.
