Cutting Corrugated steel HELP

Post by KMcCurdy »

I have searched and have only found one post about this, but it was for Mach3. I have a 4x8 Arclight Dynamics table with a Hypertherm 45. I am running Sheetcam and CommandCNC for software. I want to cut some letters out of corrugated metal and have no idea how to make the THC follow the curves of the metal. Any advised would be appreciated. Thanks

I would contact Arclight. I think there are settings in the SheetCam or Mach3 that need to be changed to speed up the response of the THC.
