If I had to build another one I would have the rotation of the wheel spin the other direction. Right now its like running an angle grinder on the dangerous side. If you take too big of a cut it will sometime catch and try to kickback pretty hard. The slipclutch prevents most of that. I think spinning it the other way would be easier on equipment. I'm not sure how much dust and chips would fly back at the operators seat but a rubber guard flap would probably keep you from eating chips. All the ones I looked at to buy rotate like this one, and they seem just as violent to run. V2 will be flipped to spin the other way and probably get some paint
