My own fire ring with NW motifs
Have made a good number of fire pit/rings for other people. Finally decided to build one for myself. Not huge but large enough for a few good friends. Wanted NW oriented motifs, a hook for coffee or dutch oven and an adjustable grill that would go low enough to get a good sear over coals or high enough to do a slower cook. The sides are 3/16" steel, the legs and under supports are 3/8" steel, top trim angle is 1/8". Posts are 5/8" rod and hook arm is 1/2". The upper sides will separate from the pan bottom if necessary. I am also going to eventually make a screened dome with some kind of decoration Now the Wife is going to make me construct a stone patio to put it on. Oh Joy!
