The Boss told me he wanted a gate for the business!!

So here it is!
Each panel is 13’ wide X 8’ at the tall end and weighs about 650# the posts are 6x6 .250” wall They weigh about 1000#
I used the CNC table for the company’s logo and name, 3/4” base plates and the pyramids on the posts (using bend slots) getting ready to mock it up and test fit it, then it’s off to powder coat
It’s been fun learning this machine

I ended up going with “elite power hinges” they are rated to 3000# per pair.

The 1”x 24” j-bolts were chosen specifically so I could order the spikey lug covers lol

I had everything sandblasted and powder coated at a local shop they use Cardinal products and the color is “silver vein”

Thanks! Cardinal seems to be the favorite at the local power coat shops. I like that "vein" pattern.
