Hello all!

I'm guessing he used some sort of adhesive (spray or brush on) or maybe double sided tape. This is a relatively small part, so it won't take much to keep the layers attached.

Howdy! Sorry for the late response. I use double sided 3M tape. It has a high load rating. Works very well. I have attached a link below. Many different sizes to choose from.
