Entryway gate

Post by kn612 »

My driveway gate. Favorite project so far. Lots of gcode but only one set of hypertherm consumables.

About 15hrs total. Slowed the rapid speed down to 450 on it, didn't want any chance of losing steps. Along with a 3" z clearance height it spent more time moving than cutting. Couldn't even see what it was cutting on the screen from all the rapid lines. The deer panel was 100k+ lines of gcode.

Very nice job! I'm amazed that you were able to cut all of this with only one set of consumables.
